Give your listings an extra edge! Choose any or all of these special listing options in addition to the standard listing to get more promotional exposure for your eBay Motors item: Insertion Fees There is a non-refundable Insertion Fee for listing your item on eBay. Insertion Fee selling is the price eBay charges for listing your item for sell. Insertion fees are based on the category in which you are selling. See the Motors Fees page for specific fees for your listings. Transaction Services Fee eBay does not charge a Final Value Fee at the close of Vehicle listings on eBay. Instead, eBay charges a Transaction Services Fee at the time of the first bid on your listing (or if you set a reserve price, at the time of the first bid over that reserve). Just like Insertion Fees, the Transaction Services Fee based on the category in which you are selling. You will not be charged a Transaction Services Fee if: Otherwise, however, you will be charged a Transaction Services Fee whether or not you carry out the sale with the buyer. eBay Picture Services Picture Hosting Showcase your items with eBay Picture Services, the fast and easy way to include pictures in your listings. Picture Services listings are 9% more likely to sell with a 17% average increase in final price.* The first four photos are Free. All you need are digital photos of your item and you are ready to add your first four photos for FREE. eBay Picture Services enables you to crop and rotate your photos within the Sell Your Item form. In addition, you can add up to more photos for just $0.15 per photo. Supersize Give buyers the ability to enlarge a photo within your listing. You can display all your pictures up to 800w x 800h pixels. Price is only $0.75. Picture Show Picture Show lets buyers browse your item's pictures or run them in a slide show at the top of the item page. When you select Picture Show, your pictures are sized automatically to Preview Picture size. When combined with Supersize (separate fee applies), Picture Show lets buyers view full-sized pictures in a separate Picture Viewer window by clicking the Preview size picture. Buy It Now An opportunity to sell your item fast—at your price, using the Fixed Price Format or as an option on Online Auction Listings. Restriction: To sell with Buy It Now, you must have either a minimum feedback rating of 10 or be ID verified. You can give your buyers the convenient option of Buy It Now on your listings when you use the Fixed Price format or within your Online Auction listings. Fixed Price Format When you choose to list in the Fixed Price format, you'll indicate the price at which you'd like to sell your item(s) and buyers can purchase from your listings immediately at that price (and only at that price). Online Auction Format When you choose the Buy It Now option on Online Auction Listings (available for single quantity only), your item has two ways to sell. Tip: Make Buy It Now as fast and easy as possible for both you and your buyer by allowing credit card payments. Reserve Price Don't want to sell your item below a certain price? Set a reserve price! A reserve price is a tool sellers can use to help stimulate bidding on their auction-style item while reserving the right not to sell below a price that they set (but that is not revealed to the bidders). Many sellers have found that too high a starting price discourages interest in their item, while an attractively low starting price makes them vulnerable to selling at an unsatisfactorily low price. A reserve price helps with this. How does it work? A reserve price is the lowest price at which you are willing to sell your item. If a bidder does not meet that price, you're not obligated to sell your item. You set your reserve price, as well as a starting price, when you list your item. The reserve price is not disclosed to bidders, but they will be told that your auction has a reserve price and whether or not the reserve has been met. All Reserve Price Auctions are subject to a Reserve Price Auction Fee that is refunded when you successfully complete your auction on eBay. If your item does not sell, this fee is not refunded. Leave the reserve price field blank if you don't want to use a reserve price. Restrictions: Reserve Price Auctions are not available for Multiple Item Auctions (Dutch Auctions). Scheduling Your Listings Scheduling gives you the flexibility to list items on eBay at a starting day and time you choose -- up to 3 weeks in advance. You can create your listings at your convenience and control the time they start and end. Here's how it works: On the Provide Pictures & Item Details page, you can schedule your listings in the "Pricing and duration" section. You can view Pending Items from your My eBay selling tab. Note: A fee will apply for each listing you schedule to start at a later time. There's no additional fee if you schedule your listings to start when you upload them. You can schedule a maximum of 3,000 listings up to three weeks in advance. Fees charged are those applicable at the actual start time, not when the listings are submitted using the Sell Your Item form.
Boldface Title When you select this option, you pay $4.00 for vehicles and $1.00 for non-vehicles and pocket bikes to have the title of your item appear on the listings pages in boldface type for added impact. Highlight The Highlight option emphasizes your listing with an eye-catching colored band. The Highlight option fee is only $5.00. Featured Plus! With this listing option, your item will appear at the top of the item list on the category listing pages of the eBay Motors category of your choice. The price for this option is $19.95 for each of your eBay Motors listings. Pro Pack for Motors This option saves you money while helping your listing stand out. This pack provides a discount when purchasing Bold, Border, Highlight, and Featured Plus! Gallery Featured The Gallery Featured option gives your item exceptional targeted exposure on the primary eBay Motors shopping pages for $19.95 for non-vehicles. A picture of your item can appear in the Featured display area at the top of listings pages. Your item may also appear at any level of listings or on the Motors home page. For example: A Ford Explorer listed as a Gallery Featured item might have its picture displayed on the Sport Utility listings page, the Ford listings page, and the Ford Explorer listings page. Eligible pictures are selected at random on a periodic rotation when the listings pages are updated hourly. As an extra benefit, Gallery Featured listings may also be randomly selected to appear on the any of the following main Motors pages:
