If you can’t remember your user ID, go to the Forgot your user ID page, and enter the email address you used when you registered. We’ll send your user ID to that address.

If your email address is current and you still don’t receive your user ID:

• Wait a few minutes to allow the message to arrive.

• Check to see if your inbox is full. If it’s full, delete some email so that you can receive new ones. After deleting email, go to the Forgot your user ID page and request your user ID again.

• If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check that folder for the email.

• If you still haven't received your user ID, contact us.

To sign in to your account you need both your eBay user ID and your eBay password. If you forget your password, you’ll also need to provide your user ID.
