When is it?

What are the fees?
For regular Auction-style listings the Insertion Fee will be reduced to $0.50 for all items listed in the Parts and Accessories (#6028) category on the U.S. eBay Motors site (www.ebaymotors.com).
All items listed in excluded categories will be charged at the normal rate. Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to February 24th, 2009 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period of February 24th, 2009 to February 25th, 2009 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

eBay Motors Vehicle listings, listings on international eBay sites, Live Auction listings, Professional Services, Fixed Price Listings, Store Inventory listings, listings on eBay.com and listings in categories other than those specified in this document.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period of February 24th, 2009, but scheduled to start after February 25th 2009.
