Listings created prior to February 20, 2007 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period February 20-21, 2007 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. |

What is excluded?
eBay Motors Vehicle listings, listings on international eBay sites, Live Auction listings, Professional Services and Store Inventory listings and listings on eBay.com.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion February 20-21, 2007, but scheduled to start after February 21, 2007.
