Listing Designer enables you to create a professional look and feel to your listing without knowing HTML. You can improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of your listing by adding attractive themes and photo layouts.
You can choose either or both of these upgrades for free during the listing period. |

When is it?
Limited time offer! This promotion starts Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at midnight Pacific Time and lasts for three days! Technically speaking, that's between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 and 23:59:59 PT (11:59 plus 59 seconds) on Thursday, May 17, 2007.
What are the fees?
For regular Auction-style and Fixed Price Vehicle and Parts & Accessories listings, there will be no charge for either the Picture Pack or Listing Designer feature upgrades. Listings created prior to May 15, 2007 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period May 15, 2007 through May 17, 2007 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. |

What is excluded?
Listings on international eBay sites, Live Auction listings, Professional Services, Motors Local Market, Store Inventory listings and listings on eBay.com are not eligible for this promotion.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period May 15, 2007 through May 17, 2007, but scheduled to start after May 17, 2007.
