Buyer Responsibilities

To qualify for Condition Guarantee by Seller benefits, you need to meet certain requirements, including:

* You must be the winning bidder or Buy It Now buyer of a passenger vehicle on eBay Motors offered under the Condition Guarantee by Seller Program. For reserve price listings, a winning bidder is the highest bidder who has met the reserve price.
* In the event that there is an undisclosed problem with the vehicle, you must contact the seller in writing (email or fax) within 24 hours for cosmetic (body and interior) conditions and 72 hours for mechanical conditions upon receipt of the vehicle.
